The beautiful spa town of Abano Terme, Italy, will be the site of the 2010 Alexander and Buono Festival of Music. The town was a favorite retreat for the great pianist Artur Rubenstein when he needed a break from the rigors of concertizing. Famous for healing mud baths and warm springs, it is situated a few miles from the great city of Padua, and a half an hour by train from Venice, making it ideal for sightseeing as well.
